As a freelance conceptioner, I supervised several agencies and companies looking for mobile solutions for themselves or their customers. For instance the adaptation of a classic website for use with smartphones or the development of a stand-alone app for iPhones, Android smartphones or HTC series.
Drow GmbH
As a consultant and mobile marketing specialist, I supported DROW GmbH, Nuremberg, in setting up a new business area around the four core areas of mobile consulting, mobile development, mobile usability and mobile content.
Comberry Ltd.
As project manager I supported Comberry Ltd., Shanghai/China, in the development of several apps for the new HP touchpad (operating system: webOS) and for Samsung devices with badaOS. From the creation of the development guide up to the management of the respective development teams I accompanied the projects during the complete implementation up to the completion of the apps.
Mobile King GmbH
As Senior Project Manager for Mobile King GmbH, Nuremberg, I was responsible for:
- Development of services and content for mobile platforms - worldwide
- Creation of concepts, marketing and sales plans
- Management of the product marketing
- Development of international sales teams
- Coordination of interdisciplinary teams, including external companies and partners
- Coordination of the mind mapping
- Fair and event planning
- Key account management
- Coordination of the development of billing, CMS and CRM systems
- Implementation of agile project management methods (Scrum)
Proctic GmbH
As project manager I supported Proctic GmbH, Stuttgart, in the development of an app with SmartMaps map technology. From the set-up of the development guide to the management of the development team I accompanied the project during the complete implementation up to the release.
