Business Development.

Competence Data GmbH & Co. KG

As an authorised signatory of Competence Data GmbH & Co. KG, Nuremberg, I was regularly involved in the M&A process of the New Business division of the main shareholder Mueller Medien.

My tasks:
  • Participation in presentations and pitches of start-ups and companies from the environment of Big Data, data analysis, social media monitoring, directory services and online reservations
  • Professional assessment of business concepts, their implementation and the possibilities of integration into the portfolio of Mueller Medien-Group
  • Competition analysis and background research
I was also responsible for the development of new business areas - from the idea to the implementation. Scope of activity: acquisition, analysis and distribution of company data via online tools.

My tasks:
  • Scaling of business processes
  • Organization and responsibility of commercial processes
  • Creation and monitoring of budget plans
  • Drafting contracts with business partners, customers and service providers
  • Conception and implementation of the product portfolio, as well as the corresponding sales material (product catalogues, price lists etc.)
  • Personnel search (HR management)
  • Conception and implementation of marketing material (handouts, presentations etc.)
  • Conception, creation and maintenance of the web presence
  • Representation of the company at various trade fairs and conferences
  • Expansion of existing customer relationships, answering customer enquiries
  • Development and editorial maintenance of various social media appearances
  • Editorial support of various blogs
  • Initialization of association memberships (e.g. FSM, DDV, VDAV)

    Intermax Group

    For the Intermax Group, Plzen/CZ, I worked as project manager for new markets and was responsible for establishing and expanding of national companies in countries such as Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Bosnia and Croatia. The goal of these national companies was to place web and mobile products, which had already been launched on the German market, in these new markets as well.

    Mobile King GmbH

    As part of project management for Mobile King GmbH, Nuremberg, I built up a marketing and sales team for the Asian and American area in Manila/Philippines.

    Tribun Media GmbH/GbR

    As co-founder I established the Tribun Media GbR/GmbH, Nuremberg. I was responsible for business development, conception, production and business cooperations until my exit.

    Computec Media AG

    As department head of the business unit "TV and DVD" I built up TV production studios in San Francisco/USA and in London/GB for publishing branches of Computec Media AG, Nuremberg/Fuerth.

    noris.tech e.V.

    Together with other self-employed entrepreneurs I worked as co-founder of the business network noris.tech e.V., Nuremberg (today: leadventures e.V.).
